Yes, you are responsible for preparing the location of your garage. You can either choose to install a gravel pad, concrete pad, or concrete blocks to sit your garage on top of. Concrete pads are the most expensive and time-consuming, concrete blocks are quick and easy but provide less stability over time, and gravel pads provide a solid foundation as well as drainage – which is why they are our recommended option.

After placing your garage order, a customer representative will schedule a garage delivery date that works for both you and the driver. On the scheduled date, the driver will use a Shed Mule, which is a machine that can lift and maneuver our portable garages with just one person, to carefully place the garage on the prepared site, ensuring no damage to your property. After the garage is placed and any final adjustments are made, you’ll sign a confirmation form, and then you can start enjoying your new investment.
