Buildings Labeled “Economy”

The buildings labeled “Economy” offer a 3 Year Top-to-Bottom Limited Warranty Certificate which covers your structure.

Greenhouses and Chicken Coops

Greenhouses and chicken coops have a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

This warranty is nontransferable and applies only to the original purchaser and only to the original location. Relocating the covered product by any party automatically
invalidates this warranty. This warranty will not apply to any Northland Sheds, Inc product or any part thereof which has been damaged by adverse weather conditions,
earthquake, hail, wind, Fire, water, flood, earth movement, accident, or other event, theft, vandalism, act of God, or a casualty which is customarily covered by homeowners’ insurance. When used appropriately and maintained properly, Northland Sheds, Inc guarantees that this product will remain structurally sound. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty.
