For in-stock garages at Northland Sheds, you can typically expect delivery within 7-10 days, depending on your location and availability. Custom garages generally take longer, with wait times of at least 5 weeks due to the building process and scheduling, however lead times will vary depending on design, siding type, and product availability.
How Does Rent-to-own Work for Garages?
Rent-to-own garages allow you to get the structure you need without upfront payment or a credit check. You make a small down payment and then monthly installments for up to 36 months, after which the garage becomes yours. You can cancel the agreement at any time, and the garage will be picked up without any further obligation.
Do I need a Permit for a 10×16 Garage?
Many places require a permit for any shed, garage, or other structure that is more than 120 square feet, so you would most likely need a permit to install a 10×16 garage.
